How do I place an order?

Before you make your purchase, please feel free to e-mail to sales@prismcrystalaward.com for inquiries about layouts, free proof with your personalization texts or logos, free rush services, etc. Upon approval on the proof, simply place your order via our online store, by choosing your crystal award, entering the quantity, and completing checkout. 

If you have artwork or a company logo, you may email it to artwork@prismcrystalaward.com.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We will email a free digital proof for your review and approval before you place your order or production begins to ensure all engraving details are correct.

Do you charge setup fees?

No. We never charge setup fees for standard engraving or artwork preparation.

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 4–6 business days after proof approval. If you need your order sooner, please contact us. We offer free rush production whenever our schedule permits.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship orders throughout the United States via standard ground shipping from Los Angeles, California. If you require expedited shipping to meet a specific in-hand date, please contact us before placing your order.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We typically respond to emails and customer inquiries within a couple of hours during normal business hours.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Yes. Changes can usually be made before your proof is approved and production begins.

Do you offer custom engraving?

Absolutely. We specialize in personalized engraving for corporate awards, employee recognition, sales achievements, sports trophies, retirement gifts, and special occasions.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because all awards are custom engraved and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or contains an engraving error caused by us, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

Yes. We welcome corporate, school, organization, and personal bulk orders. Please contact us for volume pricing, custom quotes, and ordering assistance.

Can you engrave my company logo?

Yes. We can engrave most company logos and artwork. For best results, we recommend providing a high-resolution or vector artwork file.
